Roughly seven years ago, a very energetic and fun bridesmaid approached me and said something along the lines of: "Michael J Charles, when I get married, I'm hiring you!!! I'm not even engaged, but I know you will be my wedding photographer!" At the time I was both flattered and entertained; I mean, this person had so much passion and conviction as she made her declaration. I would see her from time to time over the years at various friends' weddings, and last month it was her turn! Yes, she kept her word - Michelle hired me to document her wedding! There were so many past clients at this wedding, it was like a high school reunion of sorts for me. But it was much more than that, because after all these years, we all gathered together to witness Michelle tie the knot with George! What a great couple, family and celebration!
